Dear Resident,
 

Below is the crime information for June 2020.

New Waltham

Crime

There have been 44 reported crimes across the Humberston & New Waltham Ward for June. There have been sixteen reported crimes for New Waltham.

These crimes include:                                     

A criminal damage whereby a CCTV pole was damaged. This matter was resolved by way of Community Resolution.                                                                                
Two thefts from the Co-Op store.                                                                                                    
Six assaults.                                                                                                                                           
Five reports of harassment including an offence of malicious communications.                                  
A racially aggravated public order offence between neighbours.

There have been eight reports of ASB:                                                                                      
Five reports of a neighbour dispute, four of which were regarding the same neighbours.                        
Youths lighting fires at the Pavilion.                                                                                     
Report of a party at Peterson Drive.                                                                                          
Report of a noisy party on Pretyman Crescent.   

Once I have the data for Humberston, I will send out a further alert.

How you can help Your local Neighbourhood Policing Team appreciates the importance of being in the right place, at the right time, for the right reasons to reassure the public, improve public confidence and reduce crime and anti-social behaviour in the area in which we all live and work. We encourage all residents to call and report any issues where they live so that we can deal with any issues and also step up our patrols in the area.
