Among the hundreds of daily calls for their service here are just some of the work carried out in the past few weeks:
 
Drugs taken off the streets of Bridlington
On 22 October thousands of pounds worth of drugs were seized on Windsor Crescent It’s estimated that they could be worth between £5,000 and £7,000 on the streets. Around two thousand pounds in cash, mobile phones, equipment used in drugs supply as well as a number of knives were also found and seized.

Encouraging young people to bring out the best in them and learn new life skills
We welcomed a new group of young police cadets and saw Matthew Bennett win the Cadet of the Year award
 
Keeping people safe at the Fair
Our community team were on hand throughout the stay of the fair in Bridlington – making sure everyone enjoyed a safe and fun event.
 
Appeal to find man in connection with collision at Sewerby
We continue to appeal for help to locate a man we want to speak to about a collision on the cycle path at Sewerby.
 
Humber Talking
Humber Talking surveys continue to tell us about local issues and how we can best help our local residents.  Having this face to face contact also lets us explain how we can help vulnerable people and spot people who might need help of other agencies.
 
Halloween
Halloween and bonfire night are on the near horizon and our local teams across the Force have been sharing ways to stay safe and to prevent antisocial behaviour.  If you want to tell people that you don’t want trick or treaters please print out the attached poster
