Shed Burglary: Middlethorpe Road in Cleethorpes

Alert message sent 06/02/2020 13:33:00

Information sent on behalf of Humberside Police

A burglary has been reported in your neighbourhood

Dear Resident,

I appreciate that this is in Haverstoe Ward, however this is a stone's throw away from you.

Police have received a report that on Wednesday 05 February 2020 between 02:00 and 08:30 hours unknown suspect(s) have forced their way into a shed on MIDDLETHORPE ROAD, by forcing the door off the shed and gained access. Once inside they have removed an expensive pedal cycle and left others behind due to not being able to remove an expensive lock.

Suspect(s) then leave in an unknown direction.

How can you help?
Did you see or hear anything suspicious between these dates?
Have you got any CCTV that may assist with the investigation?

If the answer is ‘Yes’ to above questions, please reply to the alert or contact Police on 101 and quote Investigation number 16/22271/20 accordingly.

I have attached a photograph of the Black and Red Lapierre Overholt HT 700i.

Please share this with family, friends and on social media. As a Community let us make the property to 'hot to handle' and hopefully we will be able to return the property to the rightful owner.

Kind Regards

David Cave
