Anti-Social Behaviour in New Waltham

Alert message sent 07/06/2021 19:36:00

Information sent on behalf of Humberside Police

Anti-social behaviour has been reported in your neighbourhood

Dear Resident,

I have seen a post on Facebook over the last 24 hours where there has been an increase of anti-social behaviour occurring within the village, where residential homes and vehicles whilst driving have been targeted by 'egg throwing' youths. This is totally unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

If you have any CCTV images of the youths, could I request that you forward them through to me and we will endeavour to identify those responsible by sharing the images with our local Schools/Academies.

Once the youths have been identified we will be visiting, highlighting their behaviour and confronting them (in company of their parents) – where an anti-social behaviour letter will be issued.

Retailers: Could I request that eggs are not sold to children who are not in company of their parents/guardians.

Parents: Could I request that you speak to your child/ren and ask them whether they have any information which could assist with identifying those responsible.

Please help me, to help you and make our Wards a safer place to live and work.

Kind Regards

Dave
