Information sent on behalf of Humberside Police

I would just like to say Happy New Year to all the residents within the Town ward area.
As we start the new year I would like to inform you that we (The Neighbourhood Team) now have specialist equipment that will allow us to blend in to the area whilst on foot patrol to really target those who are causing problems through Drug Dealing, Drug Taking, Burglaries and those other horrendous crimes that affect us all.
We have already started to apply for Drug Warrants (1 confirmed, 2 awaiting for approval) We are looking at deploying a drugs dog in the area, as you can imagine we have plenty of red tape to get through.
You will soon be receiving emails from my team in relation to online engagements (if you have signed up to My Community Alerts www.mycommunityalerts.co.uk), please take the opportunity to speak with them. If not, we’ll be doing at least 4x30 minute engagement events (online) so you’ll have plenty of time to speak with an officer from your ward area.
Please check out the Humberside website (find your neighbourhood team, select Town for more information.
If you would like to know anything or would like crime prevention advice please ask the team via the online engagements or via the email address on the website.

Regards
Sgt Shane Jackson
