Information sent on behalf of Humberside Police

A vehicle crime has been reported in your neighbourhood

Once again we are starting to have some unwelcome visitors in and around the Isle of Axholme.
Between 1st October and 13th November we have had 10 vehicle offences in the area, to which 6 have been theft of motor vehicle and 4 theft from motor vehicles. The offences were mainly on a night,
Please don't become the next victim. Please be extra vigilant and make sure no valuables are left in your vehicle overnight. Make sure your vehicle is secure when parked and in a well-lit location, ideally in a garage or on drive.  Car keys should be hidden and not left on display.  It is advisable to purchase signal blockers for  you vehicle which blocks criminals from boosting your key signal to your car.
Please remain vigilant and report anything suspicious.
Kind Regards
