Information sent on behalf of Humberside Police

Good News!

Good Afternoon,

Firstly it was a pleasure speaking to the residents of Tynedale Close whilst completing signups to My Community Alert and conducting the HumberTalking Surveys. It was reassuring to see the community spirit in the area and hear that there aren't a huge amount of issues.

One of the issues that was raised several times during my visit was around the presence of Rats at the houses that back on to ALDI. I took this information and emailed Hull City Council to investigate. I have received an email today that a resident has been contacted already and the council are going to survey the drainage for defects and also check with ALDI around the problem. Other issues included overhanging trees and light pollution from ALDI. My team have asked ALDI to turn the light off so they are aware and if not addressed I would suggest contacting the store manager direct. The tree issue was again passed on to Hull City Council who will be in touch. I wanted to update you on what has been done however would also like to give this opportunity to feed back if you are satisfied with the outcome and/or raise any further concerns. If you want to do so please reply to this email

I look forward to hearing from you and working together in the future to make the area safer and a better place to live.

Please also speak to Family, Friends and Neighbours and have them sign up in their local areas to be part of the conversations.

Regards

Mark Peasgood Hull North Neighbourhood Inspector.
