Local News Update


Dear Resident,
 

Please find our crime information for Humberston Ward for the month of May 2020.

Crime
There have been 22 reported crimes across the Humberston & New Waltham Ward for May. There were 11 reports for Humberston.

Commercial Burglary: 1   

During the evening of 25th May, a teaching block at Humberston Academy was entered via the fire door. Nothing was stolen.

Criminal Damage: 2  

Damage to windows at building huts at the Old Paddock Court development. Glue put into padlocks at a premises on Wilton Road.          
                                                                                                 
Other crimes include:      

Five shop thefts, two from Spar, two from Tesco and one from Pound Stretcher. Two males have been charged separately with two of these thefts.                                                       
One assault.                                                                                                                                                       
Theft of a bike from North Sea Lane.              
                                                                                               
There have been seven reports of ASB:              

Tesco x5                                                                                                                     
Neighbour dispute x2                                                                              
 
How you can help
Your local Neighbourhood Policing Team appreciates the importance of being in the right place, at the right time, for the right reasons to reassure the public, improve public confidence and reduce crime and anti-social behaviour in the area in which we all live and work.
We encourage all residents to call and report any issues where they live so that we can deal with any issues and also step up our patrols in the area.
