Did you go to aid of man in Preston Road?

Officers investigating reports of a robbery in Preston Road, Hull, are appealing for help in tracing two people who went to the victim’s aid.
The incident happened between 10am and 11am on Friday, 1 May, close to the doctor’s surgery and was reported to us the following day.
The 42-year-old victim had been walking in the area when he was approached by a man who was known to him, who is said to have assaulted him and left the area.
The man was later assisted by two people who offered to call an ambulance but he declined and went home.
He then realised that his Samsung phone, cash and bank cards were missing.
