Drugs information - Can you help?


Dear resident we are looking to develop our intelligence around drug activity on the ward. 
Please keep an eye out and be aware/report of the following;

Any suspicious activity/intelligence in relation to cannabis grows, those controlled with live in gardeners, could you please report on the police system 101.
-These include properties that occupants have moved in a lot of equipment, e.g... Lightening, soil,     grow bags, ventilation equipment.
-Unoccupied properties who get frequent visitors, watering and tending to plants.
-Properties that have blacked out windows with polythene or condensation built up on the windows, have a humming noise, i.e., fans/extractors.
-Properties that have all of a sudden increased activity.
-Properties that have chemical containers within their rubbish and lights which have light going on and off at regular times which maybe on a timer.
-Unusual levels of heat emitting from the property and unusual excessive amounts of security, i.e. Window bars, CCTV.
All of the above creates crucial intelligence which helps build a bigger picture.
