BURSTWICK: Play park out of use

Alert message sent 08/04/2020 10:51:00

Information sent on behalf of Humberside Police

Community Safety News

Yesterday afternoon (Tuesday 7th April) around 15 young people removed broken chairs from the skip at the play-park and moved them to the rear of the field. This gathering goes against the current Government Guidelines and must cease immediately. Alcohol containers were found discarded along with the evidence of a small fire.

Police patrols will be checking the location to disperse any groups found.

We would like to remind parents that children in their care are their responsibility. We have had several reports about groups of young people gathering outside their family unit, and we know this is a big concern to our communities. Check your child is at home
