ELLERBY : Fly-tipping

Alert message sent 06/09/2019 19:19:00

Information sent on behalf of Humberside Police

Fly-tipping has been reported in your area

Wildlife Officer PCSO Darren Bainton has been on patrol with a local farmer this afternoon discussing rural matters
A concern raised was fly-tipping; equipment and rubbish believed to have been from a cannabis grow was dumped in woodland near New Ellerby 200 metres from highway over the August Bank Holiday period.

The cost of removing the rubbish unfortunately is the responsibility of the landowner

Stop this happening to you - Please consider field entrance bollards to prevent vehicle access & use of wildlife cameras to protect vulnerable areas.
