Man charged following burglaries in Beverley and Molescroft

Luke Appleby (25) of Minster Avenue, Beverley has been charged with criminal damage, theft, trespass with intent to steal and attempted trespass with intent to steal in connection with incidents in Beverley and Molescroft, East Yorkshire. He appeared at Hull Magistrates Court this morning. 

It was reported that on Friday 9 August a man caused damage to a door at an address on Minster Avenue in Beverley. 

Shortly after 10am on Sunday 1 Septemeber we received reports that items had been stolen after someone entered an address on Copandale Road in Molescroft, East Yorkshire.

Later that day, at around 9pm, we received a call from a woman reporting that a man had entered the kitchen of her property on Norwood, Beverley. 

A short while later, at around 9.30pm, it was reported that a man had tried to enter a property on Brereton Close, Molescroft but did not gain entry to the property.
