Man robbed in Victor Street


An investigation has been launched following reports that a man was robbed in Grimsby’s Victor Street.

The incident happened between 6.30pm and 7.30pm on Tuesday, January 1, when a car is said to have pulled up next to the 50-year-old victim.

A man got out of the car and attacked the victim, assaulting him and stealing his black Grey Goose jacket and mobile phone.

A second man remained in the car and the pair drove off.

The attacker is described as around 6ft tall and wearing a white T-shirt with three buttons on the chest and blue jeans.
