Reports have been received about youths causing Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) on motorbikes and electric bikes riding dangerously outside the local shops, on Shawpark during football training, Danepark Road and on the flood defence behind Oppy Wood. Instances of motorbikes and e-scooters speeding whilst riding on footpaths continues to be reported. Issued 01 August 2026	Neighbourhood Officers have met with Hull City Council representatives regarding installation of barriers/chicanes where possible. Humber Talking has been completed. Hi visibility patrols will continue to be carried out in hotspot areas. Hull North Neighbourhood policing team work closely with Operation Yellowfin around nuisance motorbikes in and around the estate. Days of action will continue over August and September and officers are able to utilise Police Drones to gather intelligence around the locations of these motorbikes. Actioned 01 August 2026
Shop Theft increase in the Greenwood Avenue area Issued 01 August 2026	Hi Visibility in the shops across the Orchard Park ward area, particularly in the Ellerburn Avenue, Greenwood Avenue and Hall Road areas. Police Surgeries to be held in the stores to speak to shop staff and to engage with members of the public. Actioned 01 August 2026
Clear Hold Build Issued 06 June 2026	In the heart of our communities, as a part of a multi-agency led initiative we have launched the home office programme Clear, Hold, Build to tackle organised crime head on whilst helping to regenerate the community on Orchard Park. Youth Engagement to continue on the estate over the summer holidays. Following on from successful events held on the MUGAs at Sir Henry Cooper Park, further events are being planned with Tigers Trust. Actioned 13 August 2026
