Dear residents, please find crime data update for June 2026- I want to share and celebrate that last month across the wards saw a slight seasonal decrease in crime but still remains low in the area which could not of been achieved without all the work of you the community, our partners and the local policing team do on a daily basis.
Crime Headlines: On 8th June 2026, two vehicles were set on fire and believed to have been deliberately ignited on WELLINGTON AVENUE, NEW WALTHAM. The investigation is ongoing and enquiries are ongoing to ID involved persons, if you have any information, please call 101 and quote reference 26*78541. On 18th June 2026, unknown suspects entered an insecure caravan park on ANTHONY’S BANK ROAD, HUMBERSTON. Suspects were disturbed by the owner and fled the scene. Police enquiries are ongoing around this matter, if you have any information, please call 101 and quote reference 26*83957. On 26th June 2026, suspects entered an insecure property on CONINSTON CRESCENT, HUMBERSTON and took keys to a vehicle before making off with the vehicle. Police enquiries are ongoing around this matter, if you have any information, please call 101 and quote reference 26*88696. Our priorities moving forward in June/July 2026 period will be focusing on Anti-Social Behaviour, Burglary and other Community related issues.
