Making Town and Crosby thrive

In the heart of Town and Crosby in Scunthorpe, Neighbourhood Policing Officers have been engaging with almost 100 students from two local schools to hear their honest views on what’s positive about where they live, what needs improving, and what crimes they are most concerned about in their area.  

This has come off the back of the launch of the Clear, Hold, Build strategy in the Town and Crosby areas; a national, multi-agency led initiative and Home Office programme designed to tackle crime head on. 

The Scunthorpe Urban Neighbourhood Policing Inspector hosted an engagement session with secondary school students alongside local Neighbourhood Beat Officers, Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs), and partners.
