Advice - Rogue Traders and Cold Callers

Dear Resident,

We have recently received two separate reports for different rogue traders and cold callers within the Broughton area the first of them was attempting to sell driveway cleaning, renovation and conservatory work. The second was tree surgeon work. 

Humberside Police receive many reports each year about Rogue Traders or Cold Callers trying to force people to buy things or pay for work to be completed.

On many occasions it is the most vulnerable members of our community that are targeted - Please keep a close eye out on yourself, neighbours and relatives. If you see anything suspicious please do call 101, reply to this email with your full details and I will put the relevant report in or call crime stoppers on the number below. Your information is very important in creating a greater picture surrounding this activity and helps to keep yourself and others safe.
