Town Ward Day of action - results.

Officers conducted a day of action on Monday 2nd February 2026, patrolling the Town Ward area, with passive drugs dog “Spud”. Also present with us was a representative from We Are With you. 

The results of the day were: 

4 x stop and searches. 

1 male arrested for a previous reported theft. 

2 people dealt with for possession of Class A drugs. 

16 people stopped and spoken to. 

Disruption visits to 3 properties on the Town Ward. 

4 intelligence reports submitted.
