Joint day of action results.

Today 2 wards joined forces, the TOWN and CROSBY wards had a busy day of action.

We were joined by colleagues from Safer Neighbourhoods, WISE enforcement and the Kinetic Intervention Team. 

Officers were in plain clothes and uniform and patrolled both of the ward areas within Scunthorpe.

The results from today are as follows:

18 people were stopped and searched.

1 male arrested for Possession with intent to supply class B drugs.

1 female arrested for failing to appear in Court.

1 male arrested for a previously reported Arson, theft and for failing to appear at Court.

1 male arrested for possession of Class B drugs.

1 male arrested for being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs

2 electric bikes have been seized.

4 bikes were stamped and added to the Bike Register. 

1 Street surgery was held on Frodingham Road as an opportunity to engage with our local community.

6 people stopped and spoken to.

And to add to all of this busy work, a warrant has been executed at an address on Sheffield Street. The Crosby Neighbourhood team are now working towards obtaining a closure order at the property, due to the harm that this property is having on the local community.
