Town Day of Action - 09/01/2026

Dears Residents 

Happy New Year to you all.

We just wanted to let you know that your Neighbourhood officers were out again in the Town & Crosby wards last Friday (09/01/2026) with passive drugs dog Spud. We run this operation regularly each month and will continue to use this as one of our tactics to disrupt people dealing drugs within our ward area. The results for last Friday are below;

7 people were stopped & searched for drugs

1 male was arrested on suspicion of 6 shop thefts

1 female was arrested on suspicion of 2 shop thefts, possession of a class C substance and failing to attend court

1 male was arrested and dealt with for possession of a class A drug
