Crime Alert - Theft from a Vehicle

Dear Resident,

Humberside Police are investigating a report of a Criminal Damage from Cliff Top Caravan Park.

The incident occurred on 29th December 2025. The offender(s) approached a White van that was parked at the side of the road on Cliff Road in Atwick near to the entrance to Cliff Top Caravan Park and smashed the small nearside door window, it is unknown if anything was stolen from the vehicle.

To reduce the risk of your vehicle being broken into, please read through the below advice -

Keep the vehicle locked at all times, and ensure you double lock it.

Make sure that your vehicle alarm is set.

Do not leave any valuables or "interesting" items on display

Don't leave tools in a van over night.

If possible park your vehicle on a drive or as close to your home as possible.

When away from Home Park in a busy, well overlooked area. If the car will be there after dark try to find somewhere illuminated
