Crime Alert - Criminal Damage

Dear Resident,

Humberside Police are investigating a report of a Criminal Damage from Morrow Avenue Hornsea

The incident occurred on 14th December 2025. The offender(s) approached the wooden Groins see defence on the beach near to the stairs on Morrow avenue which lead onto the beach, the offender/s have then attempted to set fire to the wooden Groins nearest to the cliffs causing damage to the wood.

If you have any CCTV footage (including video doorbell), saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area around this time or have any information about the offenders please contact the police on the non-emergency number 101 quoting occurrence ref:  0192 - 15/12/2025.
