Bonfire Night

Dear residents,

Bonfire night is fast approaching.

Humberside Police get an increase in calls this time of year for Anti Social Behaviour and Theft of wheelie bins.

As a little reminder we ask to keep your wheelie bins secure were possible to avoid them becoming a target.

To help protect your bins:

Store all wheelie bins safely within the boundary of your property, especially at night

Whenever possible, secure your wheelie bins behind locked gates and to the rear of your property

Return your bin to your property as soon as possible once it has been emptied on collection day

Do not leave loose or bagged rubbish around your bins

Most importantly enjoy and be safe!
