Stonebridge Park Vigil Event 03/10/2025

Dear Residents,

We are aware of a memorial style vigil that will be taking place on Stonebridge Playing field tomorrow night, 03/10/2025 at around 1800HRS.

We have spoken to the organiser of this event and the plans around this are for it to remain a respectful and peaceful event. There is expected to be around 400 people attend. We have been advised that the organiser will be setting fireworks off as part of the tribute. This event is due to end at 2100HRS. We would like to assure the public that officers will be in the area at the time of this event, not to disturb or interrupt the event, but to ensure it runs smoothly without issue to get the upmost respect that it deserves.

We thank anyone who has already let us know details about this event. This message is to reassure any concerned residents of the area.
