Theft of mopeds

There appears to be an increase of moped thefts in the area , including motorbikes in general. Mopeds are easier to steal with them being lightweight and easy to manoeuvre. Please ensure your bikes are secured as best as possible with good quality locks, sensor lights and if possible CCTV. If you have a car and a garage put your car up against the garage door.  Latest incident was early hours this morning ( details to be confirmed) in which a moped got stolen from a garage on Grovehill road in Beverley  -log 67 of  25/06/2025 if you have any information.
